The breakfast offered variety of tasty meals. I appreciated the room with a great shower, the bed was big. The location was great for me as it was really close to the Paddington train station and the Lancaster Gate U-Station, Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate tube station, thats where the plus things end, and the tube stations.
Views were dull.

Generally, the place was modest and had outstandingly friendly staff in particular the receptionist. I had the twin room which was recently renovated and fashionable with excellent air-con.

The twin room with double bed, facilities worked for us. Very cute decor. Particularly good and incredible location in Westminster Borough district adjacent to 2 metro stations, and other shops / restaurants.

I had the triple room, it was compact. Marvellous location in the surprisingly quiet area and it was a bonus to be close to an underground station. Plus, distance to a royal museum was only 1 km.
Their staff were absolutely rude.

It was in a very central location, to heathrow airport. Got extremely spacious room with pleasant views and a storage, coffee, and a hair dryer.

The whole room was big size and had a storage space, coffee, and a hair dryer. The location was marvellous, close to a subway station. The restaurant was great and offered hot dishes.
